The School of Journalism and Graphic Communication's 40th Anniversary Reception
On October 27, 2022, FAMU's SJGC hosted an anniversary reception to celebrate the college's 40 year milestone. The reception was held at the Meek-Eaton Black Archives building where notable alumni gathered to be recognized and emphasize the importance of giving back to FAMU.

I served on a team with two other students as event assistants to help decorate and facilitate the reception.

Organ Donation Education Health Fair Podcast

On April 15, 2022, The FAMU Chapter of PRSSA recorded a podcast conversation with Donate Life Florida to educate FAMU students about the process of organ donation and debunk cultural myths commonly believed amongst the Black community.

This conversation played live for listeners on 90.5 The Flava Radio Station.
As PR Coordinator of Journey Magazine, I assisted in facilitating "Strike Out with a Sweet Tooth" which promoted Black-owned businesses in Tallahassee. TC Bakery and Strike Nutrition brought free samples of popular menu items for FAMU students to taste.

For the Fall 2022 Issue of Journey Magazine, I assisted with planning, budgeting, and facilitating the Issue Release party for the student body.
